Hypercare Pilot

How to get onto the App:

1) Make sure MobileIron is downloaded and Installed on your phone, if not - Contact Tammy Lui via local email.
2) Please do the survey - https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7QGC3S7
3) Please Download the App - "Hypercare" from the App store
4) When in Hypercare app, during sign-up it will ask you "institution code" please enter: SBROOK64

IMPORTANT POINTS - DURING THIS PILOT - HYPERCARE DOES NOT do the following:

-It does not replace paging/ regular pages

-It does not replace Code pager/code stroke paging

-Please do not use Hypercare for personal communication - all the pages during the pilot are read and monitored - so just keep it to work-related communication

Please replace INSTITUTION with s********k - our institution

Mobile Iron Activation:

-Go to your App Store on Android or Apple and download "MobileIron"

-at the prompt for username: type your INSTITUTION email/Network login username (not EMR username, and not the whole email address, just the user name)

-at server, type: mobileiron.INSTITUTION.ca

-at password: type your INSTITUTION email/Network login password (not EMR password)
